在1月20日，我校的双文化、语特奖学金得主以及副班长一（ABOM1）有幸到Umar Pulavar淡米尔语文中心（UPTLC）和那里的学生一起参与了丰收节的活动。丰收节是淡米尔族群庆祝丰收的传统节日，而今年的丰收节是在1月14日至1月17日，历时四天。你知道吗，丰收节里的每一天都有自己的名字。

双文化奖学金亚细安之旅
在六月假期期间，我校32位双文化奖学金得主与4位教师一同前往马来西亚进行我们的首次亚细安之旅。在马来西亚，我校学生参观了三所华校（新山宽柔中学、马六甲培风中学、吉隆坡中华独立中学）、玲珑谷及乔治市世界遗产机构。此外，我们还前往《光华日报》报社进行了工业参观，并参观了 Perniagaan Bedak Sejuk Lean Seng（水粉）和 Ghee Hup Nutmeg（豆蔻） 工厂。
华文大比拼参赛感想
大家好！我们代表了南洋女中参加了华文大比拼的决赛，获得了季军，在这里跟大家分享一下比赛心得。 为了这次比赛，我们从二月份就开始准备了，期间付出了很多的时间和精力。在半决赛中，我们得分最高，满怀期待地进入决赛。 谁知，在决赛第二轮的抢答环节，我们的抢答器出现故障，只有一次按铃成功。我们几次举手反映这个问题，直到20题中的第18题时，主持人才确认我们的抢答器故障，改为举牌抢答，可是大势已去。
